Blackroll® Block

The Blackroll Block is a useful aid in fascia training and can also be used as a yoga block. The Blackroll Block in combination with the Blackroll Ball and the Minirolle unfolds its full variety. By increasing the fascia treatment they penetrate even more intensively into the tissue.

When self-massage of the fascia, it is important to build a pleasant pressure on the muscles and the fascia tissue. The Blackroll Block is the ideal tool for this. The block can be used with a ball on the wall or serves as an increase in massaging the lower leg and the Achilles tendon.

Storage aid for fascination tools
In the open bottom, the Blackroll Block offers space for a Blackroll Mini and a Blackroll Ball with a diameter of 8 cm. Alternatively, 3 balls or a DuoBall 8 cm and a normal ball with 8 cm can be clipped.
