Erzi® Woodroll Trigger Set

It is the ideal trigger aid for both private persons and therapists.

The trigger point is a muscle hardening that often only shows a few millimeters. This hardening is often caused by injuries, overloading, bad posture and also psychological stress. These factors then cause small permanent contractions in the muscle.

With the Trigger Set and its different sized trigger balls you can perfectly treat the target point. After the exact localization of the painful trigger point, pressure is applied to this point for some time with the appropriate Woodroll trigger to dissolve the trigger point and release the muscle from its contraction.

Due to the different sized trigger balls you can work with two different intensities. The set is optimal for every day in office, while traveling or at home. The various muscle hardenings can be triggered while lying, sitting or standing. With the help of a second person the Woodroll Trigger can also be used as a massage and trigger aid.
