Pedalo® Vestimed® 50

The pedalo Vestimed 50 with the Senso spring system is the optimal training device for training posture and movement coordination. The instability makes the training particularly effective. With the included textile power bands, additional stability and strengthening exercises are possible.
The spring board is a round top with a special Senso spring system. The springs always adapt to the body weight and thus cause a soft spring deflection from a load of 15 kg. The optimum load is in the load range of 30-110 kg. In this range, training with the balance trainer is particularly effective.

The Vestimed 50 springboard is suitable for all age groups and is used in sports as well as in therapy. The universal whole-body training device shows its full effect from head to toe and involves the brain, nervous system, arms, legs, back, trunk and abdomen in the movements.

Use in therapy: Training in therapy improves posture and movement coordination. Use in sports: The spring board Vestimed is mainly used in gyms for group training. In addition, however, the device is also useful for anyone who likes to work out and mix this with coordinative exercises. This results in an optimal mix of strength, endurance and coordinative skills. The device is therefore ideal for health, leisure and competitive athletes.
