Tanga Sports® Pull Buoy

Pull Buoys are used as training equipment to improve swimming technique and to strengthen the upper body. The Pull Buoy is placed between the thighs as a buoyancy device.

When swimming with the Pull Buoy (without using the legs), beginners in particular can concentrate on the correct movement of the arms. The Pull Buoy lifts the hips and helps to find the ideal body alignment.
