Presenting three training devices where resistance is provided by a partner. The Training Harness and Training Belt (not shown)are designed to give a coach or training buddy control over the athlete’s level of required exertion with a 10″ wide anchoring handle linked to the runner by a 10′ woven nylon strap attached to a sturdy metal D-ring. Two runners are able to train simultaneously with the Dual Resistance Belt by alternating lead and trailing positions while tethered by a 10′ nylon strap with an adjustable loop for a runner at each end.
